What are the products made out of?
All products are made out of cellulose acetate, which is an organic non-petroleum based plastic that is both durable, flexible and is made of natural cotton and wood fibers. Regular synthetic plastic combs and brushes often pull and snag our hair. Eternally In Amber hair tools gently glide through the hair and will not cause static.
Are your products seamless?
Yes & No! Unlike other products with a seam, our products have an inverted seam which has a smooth and snag free finish.
What are the dimensions of the products?
All measurements and additional information can be found in the product description of each product listing.
Will I receive 2 hair accessories or combs because there are 2 products seen in the product listing image?
Please note all products are sold separately. To order more than one product please adjust the quantity of the product when you add your desired product(s) to your cart. All images are for visual references only. If a product is not sold separately it will be stated within the listing.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 5-7 business days to process an order. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order is ready to ship that will contain tracking information for your reference. For international orders, please note that your package will take a slightly longer delivery time once your package is shipped.
My favorite product(s) are currently out of stock. How can I order those products?
We have a large following of wonderful customers and a lot of our gorgeous products are in high demand. Once certain products are listed they sell out very fast. Be sure to purchase any desired products when they are available.
How will I know when products are back in stock?
To know when sold out products will be back in stock, please visit the listing of the product and click the blue tab on the left side of the screen to sign up for an email notification about when this product is back in stock. Please also subscribe to our newsletter which you can do here. You will receive notifications regarding new product launches, restocked merchandise, and subscriber exclusive sales. My product did not look exactly like the image I saw in the listing. Can I return it?
At this time our company does not allow returns on products. Please note that all products will not look exactly as it does in the image seen in the listing. The pattern of the material varies and the images seen in the listing represent the essence of the look of the product. Specific colors like Pink Abstract, Black Abstract, Black/Cream Abstract will not always look like the pictures seen in the listing.
Can I return any products or accessories that I order?
Due to the hygienic nature of these products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product is ordered, that is a final sale for that product. Please review all product descriptions and images provided in each product listing before making your final decision.
I received products I did not order in my package. What do I need to do?
If for any reason you do not receive the correct product or quantity of products that you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to verify what products were sent incorrectly and get the correct products shipped to you ASAP.
One of my products broke or snapped while I was using it. Can I have that product replaced?
We do not offer replacement products that were harmed during customer's use. If any product arrives broken or damage, we will replace the product(s). Due to the durability of the material used to create the products, all styling tools and accessories should last for several years. Please read suggestions of hair type in each product listing description.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time our company does not allow gift wrapping or any additional packaging materials.
I forgot to use my discount code on my order I just purchased. Can the discount be applied to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed no changes will be made to the order. Discounts can only be applied during checkout by the customer. If you forget to use your discount you can always use it on your next order, while the code is active.
